
I’m Arlinda Hasani, I offer dedicated one-to-one CBT sessions, available either online or face-to-face for clients aged 16 and above, offering a confidential, supportive space to explore challenges and work towards meaningful change.
I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the gold standard for CBT in the UK. I specialise in delivering evidence-based therapy for adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders. Therapy with me is a collaborative and compassionate, focused on providing you with practical skills to overcome challenges, improve your well-being and build resilience. I firmly believe that every person has the capacity for change, and my role is to guide, support, and empower you.

I provide evidence-based CBT for a range of difficulties, including: Depression and Burnout, General anxiety disorder and Excessive worry, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphia, Social Anxiety and Phobia, Panic attacks and Panic Disorder, PTSD, Agoraphobia, Health Anxiety, Work-related stress, Phobias, and Low self-esteem.
